Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting an Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is central to the daily operations of our cash office and supports the accounts' payable function. The successful candidate will work closely with the company accountant and contribute to the smooth running of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
· Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
· Process accounts payable and receivable
· Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
· Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and receipts
· Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers
· Maintain debtor records and ensure timely follow-up
· Manage and troubleshoot EPOS system issues
· Perform daily cash reconciliations
· Prepare and complete bank lodgements
· Train staff on relevant systems and procedures
· Support the day-to-day operations of the store
· Handle customer queries both in-store and online
· Assist management with ad hoc duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Experience with EPOS systems and accounts software is an advantage
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
· High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask
· Fluent English (written and verbal)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Team player with a proactive attitude
· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
