Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef Assistant to join our team. As an Executive Chef Assistant, you will play a key role in the success of our culinary operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, supervising kitchen staff, and liaising with food and beverage teams to ensure exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Executive Head Chef in the management of the kitchen and its staff.
* Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to ensure excellent performance and high standards of hygiene.
* Liaise with food and beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure that all food prepared is of the highest quality and presented to the required standard.
* Monitor and control kitchen inventory and ordering of supplies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Previous experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a busy hotel or restaurant environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
* High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
