Senior Energy Engineer Limerick
Our client based in Limerick is recruiting for a Senior Energy Engineer to join their team.
In this role you will contribute to the delivery of sustainable, innovative and high-quality design solutions for building services systems across a variety of sector and project size.
Responsibilities
* Estimating energy consumption for both new and existing projects
* Knowledge of energy policy and regulatory drivers of energy efficiency across a range of project scales.
* Produce equipment specifications, schedules and reports
* Conduct surveys and audits
* Undertake research and evaluation of new technologies, policies and services in the energy sector
Requirements
* Degree educated, preferably in a related discipline e.g. mechanical, electrical or Energy & renewables
* High level of understanding of building regulations
* Experience and understanding of building integrated and utility scale energy systems, building energy performance and efficiency standards.
* Experience in developing detailed feasibility studies
* Excellent communication skills able to explain complex engineering solutions
* Excellent attention to detail
