The Legal Executive provides administrative and coordination support across the Legal function within Enet, supporting a range of activities including legal documentation, Board processes and compliance-related work.
Working closely with the Legal team and General Counsel, the role supports the preparation of Board materials and tracking of actions, alongside managing key legal processes such as document execution, contract management, and internal queries.
This position is suited to a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable using technology, can manage multiple priorities, project manage tasks, maintain strong control over documentation, and operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Board Company Secretarial Support
Support the coordination of Board and Committee processes, including collation and preparation of meeting materials
Format, quality check and manage version control of Board documentation
Track and follow up on actions arising from meetings
Maintain corporate records, including minute books and document repositories in an organised and audit-ready format
Legal Administration Document Management
Manage document execution processes, including DocuSign coordination and audit trails
Maintain central repositories for contracts and legal documentation
Retrieve, review, compare and summarise contracts and legal documents as required
Support preparation, formatting and updating of legal templates and documentation
Assist with drafting correspondence and standard documents
Workflow, Systems Coordination
Manage central Legal, Compliance and related inboxes, triaging and escalating queries where appropriate
Maintain and update trackers (e.g. legal matters, compliance, litigation, information requests)
Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and ensure timely responses
Support the management of key systems and tools (e.g. contract management platforms and Monday.com)
Manage the automation of tasks using various technologies, including AI
Compliance, Due Diligence Support
Support compliance related activities, including preparation of departmental packs and documentation
Assist in the development and coordination of supplier due diligence processes (e.g. ESG, data protection, security questionnaires)
Support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including contract management and certification coordination
Assist with horizon scanning of relevant legislation and regulatory developments
External Requests Operational Support
Coordinate responses to external information requests, liaising with internal teams and drafting responses where required
Support engagement with external stakeholders, including advisors, insurers and authorities
Assist with domain-related or system access queries in collaboration with IT
Support insurance renewal processes and claims administration
General Legal Project Support
Provide administrative support across a range of legal projects and initiatives
Conduct basic legal or regulatory research
Support preparation of reports, presentations and departmental materials
Assist with onboarding of new tools, systems or processes within the Legal function
Provide ad hoc support across Legal and compliance activities as required
Experience
2–4 years’ experience in a legal administration, governance or compliance support role
Strong organisational and administrative capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Excellent written communication skills, with a high standard of document preparation and formatting
High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and document version control
Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties
Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with contract management systems and AI tools
Exposure to Board or Company Secretarial processes would be advantageous
