Infinite Energy are a leading provider of Solar PV to homes and businesses around Ireland. We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join the team and to deliver the following:
Social Media Management
* Develop and schedule social media content for Infinite Energy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others as needed.
* Use LinkedIn strategically to support B2B lead generation, build relationships with commercial prospects and position Infinite Energy as a thought leader in the solar PV space.
* Ensure all content is engaging, on-brand and tailored to each platform and audience.
* Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement and support brand reputation.
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
* Create and optimise high-performing paid campaigns across Meta platforms to generate high-quality leads while minimising cost per lead.
* Build and optimise retargeting campaigns to maximise conversions from engaged website and social media visitors.
Content Creation
* Capture high-quality on-site and drone video of solar PV projects and turn it into engaging content for social channels, the website and wider marketing campaigns.
* Create engaging reactivation and nurture email campaigns to support sales, increase customer lifetime value and grow brand awareness.
* Design digital assets (banners, graphics, social posts) and print materials (leaflets, posters, flyers,sales documents) as required, using tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
CRM & Marketing Automation
* Use HubSpot (or a similar CRM platform) to manage, track and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
* Allocate leads to the appropriate sales team members and ensure timely follow-up.
* Support sales and operations by creating and maintaining automations, workflows and pipelines to improve efficiency and visibility.
Website & SEO
* Make effective use of the WordPress platform to update and optimise the Infinite Energy website.
* Implement basic on-page SEO best practices (metadata, headings, internal linking, image optimisation) to support organic visibility and lead generation.
Reporting & Analysis
* Report on paid lead performance, including cost per lead, conversion rates and volume of qualified vs unqualified leads.
* Track and report on key website metrics (traffic, form fills, conversions) and social media performance.
* Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and support sales targets.
Other Responsibilities
* Support the planning and promotion of B2B and B2C events (trade shows, open days, customer events, etc.).
* Assist with ad hoc tasks such as answering phone calls and light administrative support when required.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Proficiency with Canva or Photoshop (or similar design tools).
* Good working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce).
* Good working knowledge of WordPress.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with content creation and social media management for B2B audiences is an advantage.
* Knowledge of the solar PV / renewable energy industry is an advantage but not essential.
* Experience with drones (filming, basic operation or working with drone footage) is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
