The role is based in Galway, with some work-from-home flexibility. The solicitor will be responsible for handling probate cases, administering estates, and managing trusts and trustee matters. Day-to-day tasks include providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications· Minimum of three years experience in all aspects of Probate, Administration of Estates and Succession Law.· Have practical experience and academic knowledge of Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Assisted Decision-Making.· Experience in Residential Conveyancing is also desirable.· Be highly motivated with the ability to work on own initiative, while managing a caseload and be a good team player within our friendly and collegiate firm.· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
