For more information, visit www.mufg-investorservices.com.Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Operations, the responsibilities of this role include:Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash.Serve as the main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, ensuring completion within service level agreements and escalating any issues where required.Prepare ad hoc deliverables as defined in the service level agreements.Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard, and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses.Provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks, processes and deliverables through experience.Participate in regular team check‑in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture.Support and promote MUFG's core values of Trust, Challenge & Empowerment, Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty.QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred; relevant experience also acceptable.3–4 years of experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service.Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities is an asset.Existing client/customer service experience is ideal.Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products; proficiency with Microsoft Excel is an asset.University degree or professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc. will be considered as an asset.
