Work independently and applies leading data and analytical skills, tools, practices, and techniques to all deliverables. Exhibits a strong understanding of data and analytical concepts such as: data architecture, development, testing, governance, security with a focus on learning more about these domains. Partner with U.S. IT and business groups to advance our strategy of realizing business value from data and utilizing data as a strategic asset. Highly motivated team player with a strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve.High Level Job Responsibilities:Design, develop, deploy and/or maintain leading data and analytical solutions that are high-quality, innovative, efficient, secure, creative, scalable, adaptable, dynamic, fully performing and comply with all standards and best practices in support of business and Client outcomes and objectivesProven ability to work closely with Business organizations and collaborate with a team to deliver on business needs.Drive U.S. IT and U.S. business groups to deliver data-informed product strategiesExecute full software and product development life cycle (SDLC) and lead continuous improvements leveraging Agile best practicesWrite advanced well-designed, testable, flexible, and scalable data solutions.Participate in data solution design, data analysis, development and testing.Integrate leading software components into a fully functional software systemTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing data solutionsEvaluate business and client feedbackAugment existing data sets with other data sources (i.e. external) to make reusable data assetsTechnical Skills5+ years experience with SQL.3+ Experience with R, PythonExperience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, SSIS etc.Experience with BI tools not limited to Tableau, SSRS, PowerBI, Quick sight Business Objects, LOGI etc.Experience with Snowflake would be preferred.Distinct advantage experience with DataikuExperience with Web Application Development would be preferredExperience with AWS would be preferredExperience with DevOPS and Data pipelines would be preferredMandatory requirements:Data Developers – Software Development environment, so must be proficient at SQL Database development. Developing data solutions with SQL (any SQL – pref would be Oracle or SQL server. Not MySQL as that's not enterprise level.)
