SPAR Glencar are on the lookout for a Part-Time cook to join our team. The role includes cooking and presentation of breakfast, lunch & dinner. This position will suit an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and culinary skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience cooking breakfasts and dinners.
The Role:
* Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
* Follow recipes and presentation specifications
* Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
* Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
* Restock items as needed throughout the shift
* Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Strong Customer Service
* Strong Knowledge of Food Safety
* Great attention to detail and creativity
* Flexibility to work as required during high demand periods.
* Highly motivated
* Must be able to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team

* Maintain high levels of cleanliness and follow HACCP to the highest standards
