Our Client is seeking a dedicated and experiencedLogistics Warehouse Team Leaderto join their team in Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, warehouse experience, and a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Organize and oversee order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch processes.
Load/unload trucks and accurately complete all associated paperwork.
Perform quality checks, stock-taking, and cycle counting as required.
Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the warehouse and yard.
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols at all times.
Manage yard operations, including trailer movement and traffic management.
Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
Skills & Requirements: Transport is essentialdue to the location of the role.
Counterbalance operator's license (VNA machine experience is an advantage).
Experience with Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) is desirable.
Basic knowledge of computerized systems (MS Office/Excel).
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Proven experience in a warehouse environment with team leadership responsibilities.
Fluent in spoken and written English with good communication skills.
Hours:Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (shift times vary between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM ).
