Job Description:
As a highly organised Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the peak graduate and campus recruitment season. This fast-paced, process-driven environment requires someone with a strong eye for detail and proven experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple departments and stakeholder groups
* Serve as the key point of contact for candidates, sending interview confirmations, follow-ups, and logistics
* Prepare and distribute interview materials, including packs, assessments, and supporting documentation
* Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
* Support the campus recruitment team with logistics for events, careers fairs, and on-campus interviews
* Liaise daily with hiring managers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to manage and adjust complex schedules
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need proven experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, Scheduler, or HR Administrator role. A strong background in graduate or campus recruitment coordination is highly desirable. You must be able to manage multiple moving parts, shifting schedules, and competing deadlines. Excellent communication skills, a highly organised approach, and exceptional attention to detail are essential for this role. Comfortable using Outlook and working within an ATS or HR system is a must.
