Currently seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to help with continued growth based in their new Cork Clinic.
Your new role
Your role will include patient administration and management support, scheduling patients and clinics.
You will meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as first point of contact.
You will provide administrative support for managers.
You will be responsible for answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as appropriate.
Your role will also include general office support, including. Filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, supply management
You will also be responsible for other ad-hoc duties, such as feeding the fish and watering the plants
What you'll need to succeed
1 year Admin experience required - Medical experience preferably.
Computer skills : Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sage, Data Entry, Patient Management System Knowledge, File Sharing, etc.
Excellent Communication & Organisational Skills with Attention to Detail & Ensuring Follow-up
Positive Attitude, Ownership/Initiative, Accountability and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery and to maintain clear lines of communication
Excels in a Fast-Paced Environment, and meets tight deadlines
Formal Education Post Leaving Certificate
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Ideal
