Key Responsibilities
Preparing and managing project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
Managing and negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers.
Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Evaluating and approving payments to contractors and suppliers.
Key Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
