Coordinate design deliverables, ensuring alignment between design, procurement, and construction phases. Develop and maintain project schedules, progress measurement systems, and reporting tools. Support project managers in forecasting budgets, monitoring progress, and identifying risks or variances. Interface with design teams to ensure timely delivery of drawings, models, and technical documents. Implement and maintain project control procedures and ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients. Contribute to continuous improvement in design coordination, project execution, and reporting processes. Skills and Qualifications: Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline. Proven experience in project controls within engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of design management and multi-discipline coordination. Proficiency in planning and cost management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
