Daffodil Care Services is recruiting a Social Care Manager for our new mainstream residential care service in Newcastle, Co. Tipperary.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the residential centre effectively.
2. Lead and develop a team of Social Care Workers and Leaders.
3. Collaborate with the Director of Services to model, lead, and promote professional social care practices that deliver positive outcomes for young people and their families.

Candidate Requirements:
* A minimum of a Level 8 degree in Social Care with 4 years' experience in a social care role working with young people.
* Alternatively, a Level 7 in Social Care with a relevant management qualification and 4 years' experience in a social care role.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to empower others.
* Positive, flexible, problem-solving mindset, with empathy and maturity.
* Valid full clean Driving License prior to employment start.
