Service Technician SpecialistThis role involves working with customers to resolve high-priority issues related to equipment installation, maintenance, and upgrades.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Senior Technicians in installing, maintaining, and upgrading customer equipment.Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems.Communicate directly with customers to provide updates on issue resolution.Minimum Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Ability to interpret technical schematics and documentation.Preferred Qualifications:1–2 years of work experience in customer/field service support or a related technical field.Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, vacuum, or thermodynamics principles.Physical Requirements:Extensive walking, standing for extended periods, working in confined spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders.Lifting up to 35 pounds.Benefits:This position involves working in a clean room environment and requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields.We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and development.
