Our client is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Training and Change Manager to join their People Consulting Team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design, implement and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our clients. Your key responsibilities: You will develop strategic training and change management plans aligned with client / organisational goals and best practices. You will provide support in all areas of organisational design; change management, culture, leadership/team effectiveness and support for other strategic initiatives You will design and customise training and change management programmes, workshops and materials tailored to client needs. You will have experience in the end-to-end project management of training and change programmes for clients You will lead the development of project plans including defining the scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. You will create and maintain project governance, track progress, and identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful completion of projects. Ideally your background will include: Be degree qualified and have relevant professional experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client facing role on large or complex transformation programmes. Be experienced in using relevant training / L&D tools, templates, and change management methodologies. You will be experienced in the full project lifecycle, from concept through to implementation Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise. Have strong personal impact and resilience and be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions. Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives.
