- High end Formal Background a must.Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with speed and consistency Recommend drinks and share product knowledge, especially around Irish brews Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organised bar area in line with hygiene standards Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner Handle queries and resolve issues with confidence and care Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment What Were Looking For 2/3 years experience and at least 1 year of bartending experience in Ireland Fully capable of making cocktails Fluent English and strong communication skills Full eligibility to work in Ireland Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for xsokbrc hospitality Benefits: Accommodation available
