The Role
We're looking for a Business Developer to take ownership of growth across the Munster region.
This is a field-based position that combines relationship building, sales execution, and brand development. You'll work directly with retailers, convenience operators, and selected out-of-home partners to grow distribution, visibility, and performance.
You'll be part of a small, experienced team where initiative, curiosity, and collaboration are genuinely valued.
What We're Looking For
* 2+ years' experience in FMCG, Retail, food, or beverage
* Understanding of the Irish retail and convenience landscape.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organised, motivated, and commercially aware.
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about great food and drink.
* Confident working independently while contributing to a positive team culture.
* Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-moving environment.
* Keen to learn, grow, and take on new challenges as the business develops.

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
