Dublin (Hybrid Work) Rate: €500 per/day depending on experience Overview: Our client are seeking a seasoned Global SAP S/4HANA Rollout Manager (on a contract basis) to lead and deliver strategic S/4HANA implementations across multiple regions and business units. Key Responsibilities: Lead the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with business strategy and local compliance requirements. Develop and execute detailed rollout plans, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to manage localization, data migration, change management, and cutover activities. Ensure solution consistency and integration across modules and legacy systems, following global SAP architecture and standards. Monitor project performance, mitigate risks proactively, and drive continuous improvement across rollout phases. What We're Looking For: Proven track record delivering global SAP S/4HANA rollouts (preferably in multi-country environments). Strong knowledge of S/4HANA core modules and experience with brownfield or greenfield implementations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across functions and geographies. Proficiency in project management methodologies; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
