Job Description Aramark are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator responsible for developing and executing facilities solutions to meet customer needs.
This role will support day to day facilities operations with a focus on safety, operational excellence and delivery of customer and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities Co – ordinate contractor services on site Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on reactive, planned maintenance and ad-hoc repairs Ordering of materials for stock and management of same Allocate reactive tasks/requests to operative via CAFM system and update as required Support PPM activities, Energy, Wastes and Cleaning checks across the site.
Arrange porterage of heavy parcels, equipment, and miscellaneous items Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Facilities Manager Responsible for stock control of spare parts and arrange restocking as required Arrange supervision and co-ordinate third party contractors attending site and inspect works after completion, file/upload all reports Arrange all Health and Safety aspects of work including but not limited to, Inductions, RAMS, permits etc. and record all documentation Carry out emergency procedures in the event of a fire, flood, break in, or accident etc.
Comply with relevant Health Safety requirements and be familiar with and ensure that fire, health, and safety regulations are adhered to in all parts of the building and car park by inspecting, checking signage and advising on defects.
Ensure the fabric and finish of the overall site is accurately maintained and in good condition First responder with regards to Relative FM and reactive tacks within the centre.
Qualifications All H S protocols are adhered to recorded and filed Inductions Permits RAMS All PPM functions are recorded and filed Work dockets Reports Remedial Repairs Arranged and records of work filed Purchase Orders For Fixed work Reactive / remedial work Records kept on file of these CMMS (QFM) Events allocated to respective staff Events updated Calander Keep appointments and meeting on Outlook Calander and adhere to the times.
