Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, including staffing and scheduling
Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety at all times
Implement strategies to enhance the guest experience while managing costs effectively
Train, train, mentor, and support team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Build strong relationships with guests, suppliers, and the local community to support continued business growth
Requirements
Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory or similar role within a high-volume establishment
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including stock control and cost management
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain effective in a busy environment
