You will conduct regular maintenance, diagnose and repair issues, and install new systems as required. Your role will also involve working closely with other maintenance personnel to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all building occupants.What You'll Need to SucceedQualifications: Relevant HVAC certification and training.Experience: Demonstrated experience in a similar role, particularly within facilities management.Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
