Job Title: Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced facilities engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining critical utility systems, including HVAC, steam, and air systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and delivering projects related to facilities maintenance, renovation, and expansion. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing maintenance plans to ensure optimal facility condition and minimizing downtime.
In addition, the candidate will oversee renovation and expansion projects, including design, procurement, and construction. This will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Another important aspect of this role is effective communication and coordination with stakeholders, including facility users, vendors, and contractors. The candidate must be able to limit the impact of planned and unplanned works and react responsibly and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Facilities engineering experience, preferably in biotech/pharma manufacturing.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and facility systems in a highly regulated environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of facilities systems, utilities, and energy management - including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire suppression.
