We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join our team in various locations across Ireland.
* Sales Focus: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and identifying potential clients, particularly in sales-focused roles.
* Customer Service & Retention: Candidates with experience in customer service, sales, or client retention, ideally within personal lines insurance, will be best suited for this role.
* Administration: This position requires someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, handling administrative tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
This role involves working across all Personal Lines departments, including:
* Securing policy renewals
* Processing amendments
* Cross-selling and up-selling across multiple product lines
The successful candidate will support existing customers by helping them renew their policies and ensuring they feel well taken care of. A strong understanding of APA and experience in insurance renewals or personal lines is essential.
