Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Residential projects from commencement to completion in Cork/Munster. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to the project team, ensuring all requirements of the role are met, and maintaining high standards of Health & Safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. They should be proactive and able to solve problems effectively, as well as possess strong commercial acumen and knowledge of current technical building requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the project team to achieve high performance through all aspects of the project
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site
* Maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
