Our client is seeking an experienced AVP-level Technical Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in the implementation of ProcessUnity, a leading SaaS solution for Third Party Management (TPM). If you have a knack for business and systems analysis within the banking or financial services industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for youWhat You'll Do:Lead the Charge: Facilitate the technical implementation of ProcessUnity, ensuring seamless alignment with procurement workflows and risk management objectives.Requirements Guru: Gather, analyse, and document both technical and non-functional requirements, translating system needs into clear Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs).Collaborative Implementation: Work closely with internal teams and external vendors on solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.System Integration Master: Define and manage interfaces between ProcessUnity and other enterprise platforms, enhancing overall system connectivity.Vendor Support: Assist in vendor onboarding and risk assessment, ensuring a smooth integration with procurement operations.Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with teams across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and IT, driving consensus and ensuring project alignment.Transparent Communication: Manage communications and reporting, providing updates to senior stakeholders and maintaining transparency throughout the implementation lifecycle.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to third-party risk and data governance.What You Bring:A minimum of 5 years of experience in business/systems analysis, ideally within banking, procurement, or third-party risk management.Proven experience implementing SaaS platforms, particularly ProcessUnity or similar GRC/TPRM tools.A strong understanding of technical and non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and scalability.Expertise in interface specification and integration design, with a solid grasp of APIs and data mapping.Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.Familiarity with vendor risk assessment frameworks, procurement lifecycle, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ECB, GDPR).Preferred Skills:Experience with GRC platforms and third-party risk workflows.Knowledge of ProcessUnity configuration, risk scoring, and automated workflows.Understanding of procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP).Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL.Exposure to Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations with time-sensitive deliverables.Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CTPRA) are a plus.Apply NowTake the next step in your career and join us in shaping the future of third-party risk management.
