* Define and execute product roadmaps for payroll and workforce management compliance in specific regions
* Dive deep into local legislation, translate it into product requirements, and ensure these are reflected in the roadmap
Numerous countries have different payroll regulations which can make this role quite complex. The ideal candidate has experience working with diverse groups of people from various backgrounds. Key skills include analytical problem-solving abilities along with excellent written communication skills.
