Programme Overview
We are looking for entrepreneurial, technology-passionate, and client-focused individuals to join us for an 18-month Treasury Management Analyst Programme (TMAP) in GPS, to learn how we use the power of our people and technology to transform treasury and cash management solutions for our clients.
What your time will look like with us?
* You will be aligned with, and work on projects for either the Sales and Product teams within GPS; as a Treasury Sales / Product Analyst you will be placed at the heart of a customer-driven and technology-focused culture.
* Early exposure to client work, including attending client/prospective client meetings and contributing to growth and winning new business.
* Experience how money moves globally and how our treasury and cash management solutions support transaction flows for large corporates and financial institutions.
* Engage and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of GPS business: product development, commercialisation, sales pitch preparation, proposal delivery, pricing and legal negotiation, client onboarding/implementation, and ongoing client relationships.
* Collaborate with the wider GPS stakeholder network across product areas, Sales Enablement, Servicing, Compliance and Technology.
* Build analytical and presentation skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and develop an understanding of Profit & Loss statements while enhancing communication with clients and stakeholders.
Training and Development
Your training and development are our top priority, with an extensive formal training program at the start, paired with a buddy and mentor, and opportunities to work on live projects across Sales and Product.
* Pre-joining formal training on finance fundamentals and cash management products/solutions.
* Buddy and mentor support, plus a broad internal network.
* On-the-job experience across multiple projects, including presenting to senior management and networking opportunities.

Eligibility
* Candidates pursuing a BA/BS or Master’s degree with graduation between September 2025 and July 2026.
* Available to join the Graduate Analyst programme from July 2026.
* On track for a minimum 2:1 degree or Merit classification (or equivalent).
* Fluency in English is essential; German for Frankfurt roles; French for Paris roles.
