Responsibilities:
1. Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
2. Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities
3. Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs
4. Profiling the account and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for the Account Executives
5. Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
6. As this is the first point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional, proactive manner
7. Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
8. "Multi-channel" follow-up - help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
9. Maintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s (or Masters) Degree, graduated in 2024 or 2025
2. Fluency in Estonian/ Lithuanian / Latvian / Ukranian
3. Fluency in Russian is an advantage
4. 1-2 years business experience (software sales a plus)
5. Team player and ability to work in a high energy sales environment
6. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
7. Highly motivated and ambitious
8. Strong desire to work in sales
