Personal Lines Executive Job Description
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Executive to join our team. As a Personal Lines Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively engage with existing and new clients to build strong relationships and promote business growth.
* Handle broking, placement, processing, and administering tasks related to personal lines insurance policies.
* Renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and new business development are key areas of responsibility.
* Issue renewal documentation and ensure policy retention.
* Provide motor, home, marine, and travel insurance quotations for new business opportunities.
* Servicing policies and handling mid-term alterations to meet client needs.
* Ensure timely payment of premiums and achieve personal lines renewal income and new business targets.
* Generate leads for other business lines when possible and develop strategic partnerships.
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years' experience in Personal Lines is essential, along with APA Personal, CIP, or Grandfathered certification and full CPD compliance.
Skills and Abilities: Excellent knowledge of the Personal Lines Market, superior organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities are required.
