Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage theHRIS system, ensuring accurate data entry and providing end-user support. Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Prepareemployment contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation. Lead theonboarding and induction processfor new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company. Coordinatetraining and development plansand track employee progress. Support theperformance management process, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking goals. Maintain accurateemployee records, ensuring full compliance withemployment lawsandGDPRregulations. Key Requirements Minimum3 years experiencein a HR role. Strong understanding ofIrish employment lawand HR best practices. Proficient inHRIS systems; experience withSage HRis highly desirable. Degree inHR or Business-related disciplinerequired;CIPD qualificationis an advantage. Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and organisationalskills with strong attention to detail.
