Professional Support Lawyer (Funds) | Dublin | Full or Part-time
A leading global provider of legal and financial services is seeking to appoint a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join its market-leading Funds team in Dublin. The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, commitment to excellence, and international career opportunities.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced PSL or a senior funds lawyer seeking a transition into a strategic, knowledge-focused position. The firm offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and can accommodate full-time or part-time schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, draft, and maintain high-quality precedents, practice notes, and internal legal guides.
* Research, analyse, and communicate legal and market developments to internal teams and clients.
* Prepare concise briefings, alerts, and topical updates for a variety of audiences.
* Collaborate with Learning & Development colleagues to design and deliver training on legal and regulatory developments.
* Support client development and marketing initiatives through thought leadership content, presentations, and events.
* Enhance and promote knowledge management systems and best practices across global teams.
Key Requirements
* Qualified lawyer with at least six years' PQE gained at a recognised law firm, ideally with a funds-focused background.
* Previous PSL experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Familiarity with knowledge management technology and document automation tools.
* Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
* Proactive, collaborative approach and responsiveness to the needs of fee-earners.
* Strong academic record and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
