BIM Design Engineer
, you will be at the forefront of modular design innovation, shaping the future of mission-critical infrastructure.

How you will do it
Lead the creation and coordination of high-detail BIM models for modular data centre projects using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools
Drive clash detection and ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Develop BIM Execution Plans aligned with ISO ***** standards.
Generate precise drawings, schedules, and documentation for off-site fabrication and on-site assembly.
Manage model data integrity, including COBie attributes and asset tagging for facility management.
Champion digital workflows and data-driven design processes to boost modular construction efficiency.
Collaborate with design team, project managers, manufacturing team, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and quality requirements
What We Look For
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
3–5 years' BIM experience in data centres or modular construction.
Advanced skills in Revit, Navisworks, and familiarity with BIM 360 or similar platforms.
Knowledge of modular design principles, off-site fabrication processes and data centre infrastructure requirements.
Understanding of ISO *****, PAS standards, and local building codes.
Strong BIM modelling and coordination skills
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Extras
AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor experience.
Familiarity with COBie data and LOD ******* modelling and asset management.
Background in mission-critical facilities.
