Position

Customer Service Executive


Reporting to

Customer Services Manager


Location

Medisource, Kilcoole, Co Wicklow


Main duties and responsibilities of the role

* Engage with retail and hospital pharmacies via telephone, e‑mail, fax and online system and provide a first‑class level of service at all times.
* Handle all product enquiries in a timely and effective manner, generate, update and administer orders.
* Communicate with the warehouse to ensure a seamless flow of vital order information and keep customers updated of any delays or issues.
* Engage with all departments to ensure trends and customer feedback are communicated accurately throughout the business.
* Identify any customer issues and resolve them promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.


Qualifications & experience

* At least 5 years of customer care / administration experience.
* Good level of computer literacy, especially using MS Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer‑focused and positive nature.
* Self‑motivated and driven, with superb problem‑solving abilities.
* Team‑player mentality and a polite and professional telephone manner.
* Previous experience of using Sage MMS beneficial; experience in the pharmaceuticals sector a plus.
