Clinical Nursing Manager I Position Overview
As a seasoned clinical nurse manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and service excellence within our dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with CNM II to coordinate, assess, plan, deliver, and review service user care by all staff in the designated area.
* Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to service users within established guidelines and standards.
* Assist CNM II in maintaining bed management and patient flow, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the care continuum.
* Lead and implement quality improvement initiatives, driving continuous enhancement of care delivery and patient outcomes.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary team members to foster a culture of open communication and respect.
Requirements:
* Registered or eligible for registration in the General Division of the live Register of Nurses kept by NMBI.
* Minimum 3 years qualified experience in Medical Nursing, with prior management or deputising for CNM II experience highly desirable.
* Proven track record of professional and clinical leadership, demonstrating evidence-based decision making and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
