Project Manager A leading main contractor is seeking a Project Manager with strong civils experience, who will be tasked with overseeing a construction project in Kildare.
Role & Duties: Work closely with the regional director, assistant project manager, quantity surveyor, and engineering team to collaborate effectively.
Supervise the implementation of BIM strategy among both direct and indirect personnel.
Guarantee alignment of project phases with the project execution plan, budget constraints, and operational protocols.
Champion compliance with HSEQ standards and zero emissions objectives.
Act as the main point of contact for the regional director, oversee client and supplier relationships, manage project delivery, coordinate with HSEQS teams, and handle resource planning.
Requirements: 5+ years experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong civils experience is essential.
5+ years managing subcontractors and staff.
Salary & Benefits: Excellent salary circa €80k €90k.
