We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finishing Site Manager to join their team in Drogheda, Co Louth. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all finishing trades on-site, including carpentry, painting, tiling, flooring, and M&E final fixes. Develop and manage finishing schedules in coordination with the Project Manager. Ensure all works are carried out to the highest quality standards and in accordance with project specifications. Conduct regular quality control inspections and snagging lists. Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery. Manage health and safety on-site for all finishing works, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Order materials and manage deliveries to ensure timely completion of works. Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and progress reports. Coordinate with the project team to ensure a seamless handover to the client. Qualifications and Experience A third-level qualification in a construction-related discipline is preferred. A trade background (e.g., carpentry) is highly advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing high-quality finishing works. Experience working on a variety of projects, including commercial, residential, and retail. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards. Valid Safe Pass and other relevant certifications. Key Skills and Competencies Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
