Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Become a trusted guide for customers by conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an engaging store with organized inventory and easy-to-shop layouts that make browsing enjoyable.
* Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and create a positive, high-energy vibe for customers and coworkers.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services, stay updated on fashion and social media trends, and use knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee operations with efficiency and flair, including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and coordinating promotions.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.
About You
* Sales-Obsessed Energy: You love selling, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.

* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibility.
* Ready to Hustle: You’re organized, self-motivated, and continually seeking to level up.
* You’re self-motivated and organized, as some stores may require you to work alone at times.
* You show a passion for fashion and stay up to date with trends to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
* You can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
Job Requirements
* You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
* You are proficient in operating a POS system for transactions and sales operations.
* You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
* You can stand during shifts and move 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
* You can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while stocking and assisting customers.
* You are passionate about providing opportunities for customers to express themselves daily.
* You are energized by interacting with customers and strive to provide excellent service.
* You are inspired by our values of teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
* You have strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
* You possess a solid grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
* You are a motivated team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* You may need to work alone at times and stay organized and self-motivated.
* You have a passion for fashion and stay current with trends to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
