About Us:
Heat Doc is a busy and well-established plumbing and heating company known for delivering high-quality service. We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis to provide general cover for a six-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle day-to-day office administration
· Manage and input financial data using QuickBooks
· Assist with accounts procedures including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Liaise with suppliers and customers as needed
Requirements:
· Proven experience in office administration and accounts
· Proficient in QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
