To achieve this, we are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Product Owner who can do more than just manage backlogs and sprints — we need someone who can translate vision into execution, connect strategy with delivery, and help scale Zinto into a market leader.This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of products and services that position Zinto as the go-to provider in our space. You will ensure that every initiative not only meets deadlines and budgets, but also strengthens our reputation, deepens customer impact, and accelerates our growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct OwnershipDefine, own, and clearly communicate Zinto's product vision and roadmap.Maintain a prioritised backlog that drives business value and growth.Translate customer and stakeholder insights into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.Ensure the development team always understands priorities and the "why" behind them.Balance near-term delivery goals with Zinto's longer-term strategy.Project Management / DeliveryLead project delivery, ensuring outcomes are on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.Track and communicate progress, risks, and issues proactively.Facilitate agile ceremonies and encourage best practices across teams.Coordinate across functions — engineering, design, QA, stakeholders — to ensure aligned execution.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, both in teams and in how Zinto delivers value.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in an agile environment; or demonstrate ability to step into this role.Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).Experience in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Desirable SkillsExperience in digital product development, SaaS, or software delivery.Familiarity with UX principles and customer-centric design.Certification(s): Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, PSM, Prince2 Agile, or PMP.
