Job Title: Store Supervisor
Duties will include managing the daily activities of employees to improve sales performance, overseeing product storage and rotation, assisting in inventory preparation, controlling staff costs, and ensuring that facilities are maintained neat and clean at all times.
Required Skills:
* A minimum of two years experience in fresh food deli management
* Experience in ordering and managing waste
* Up-to-date HACCP and food safety training
* Self-motivation with a passion for food service
* Experience in managing ten or more staff
