Wicklow with site Visits €65€75k + Car + 25 Days Holiday Full-time, Permanent On behalf of our client, a long-established, respected medical distributor, we are hiring a Technical Service Manager to lead a nationwide field service team covering hospital-based medical technology (focus on laser & camera systems). Youll manage 6 field engineers + 2 coordinators from their HQ in Bray, Co. Wicklow and take responsibility for service operations, compliance reporting, and technical escalations. This role blends hands-on technical support with leadership, training, and stakeholder management (including HSE & hospital engineering teams). What Youll Need 5+ years in medical devices (engineering; biomedical, electrical, or mechanical / electro-mechanical background) Team leadership or mentoring experience Excellent communication & organisational skills Excellent Stakeholder management / engagement Knowledge of ISO, HSE protocols, and patient safety/compliance reporting Ideal for: A Senior Field Service Engineer ready for the next step A Service Manager in this industry looking for more ownership, impact and support from the Board of Directors and Management Team This isnt a box-ticking hire were looking for the the full package: technical expertise, leadership capability, compliance awareness, and the hunger to step up and lead.
