Technical Service Manager
The Technical Service Manager will work closely with all site and management personnel to ensure policies, processes, sales and legislation are adhered to nationwide.
* Manage a service team
* Coordinate test equipment calibration and documentation
* Maintain a high level of support to customers including turnaround times
Key functions:
* Work closely with the sales and administration teams on new tenders
* Liaise with current customers regarding contracts
* Plan and carry out new equipment testing and calibration
This role requires a proactive individual who can work on their own initiative and take the lead when necessary.
