We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience working across a diverse range of projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring emails, dealing with queries and requests as they arise, and setting up new customers, contracts, suppliers and subcontractors using our service software package.
Key responsibilities include scheduling and arranging service tasks, communicating with customers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure prompt and efficient service, maintaining customer, engineer and site records, and creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing engineer's reports, raising invoices, credit notes and quotations to customers, and carrying out credit control duties.
Requirements:
* Excellent PC literacy
* Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
* Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, and diplomacy skills
* Strong Administration experience, with ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Ability to work well alone as well as part of a team
* Enthusiastic and flexible, with Pride in the quality and presentation of work
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
