Senior Sous Chef Opportunity in Co. Kerry

This pivotal role supports the Head Chef, overseeing food preparation and cooking to ensure high-quality dishes are produced efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef is essential for this position.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment is required.

* Full-time position with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
