Verve is expanding! We're seeking a dynamic and skilled Van Driver/Technician to join our dedicated beer dispensing team. The Role
As our Van Driver/Technician, you'll be the crucial link between our company and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Expert Installation & Commissioning: Installing and commissioning beer mobile systems, ensuring perfect functionality and optimal flow. This includes setting up keg couplers, regulators, beer lines, event equipment, and taps with precision and care.
2. Proactive Maintenance & Reactive Repairs: Conducting routine preventative maintenance checks, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly, and performing on-site repairs to minimize downtime for our clients. You'll become a troubleshooting guru!
3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice, and ensuring their complete satisfaction. You'll be their go-to person for all beer dispensing needs.
4. Efficient Inventory & Logistics: Managing inventory of equipment, parts, and tools, and ensuring the company van is well-stocked and organized.
5. Safe & Timely Deliveries: Delivering equipment and supplies to customer locations safely and efficiently, adhering to strict deadlines and schedules.
6. Detailed Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of installations, repairs, and inventory, utilizing digital tools and systems.
7. Adherence to Quality & Safety: Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety, following industry best practices and company procedures.
Requirements
* Must be comfortable with heavy lifting and be a hands-on person
* Must be able to load and unload a van
* Driving is required
* Must be 25 years or older due to insurance requirements to drive the company vehicle
* Full clean driver's license required
