We’re working with a well-established care provider supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, seeking Social Care Workers to join their team.
The Role:
Support individuals with day-to-day living
Assist with personal care and medication
Encourage independence and social inclusion
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
Work as part of a supportive team
What we’re looking for:
CORU registered
Relevant Social Care qualification
Be a car driver
