We are a food production and retail company with multiple stores in Wicklow, Dublin, Kildare, and Meath. Chef/Baker (1pm-10pm Shift)
* Responsible for daily cake production: weighing ingredients, preparing mixes, baking, and finishing to specification.
* Produce and bake mince pies to consistent quality and weight standards.
* Maintain clean, organised work area and follow all food safety and production procedures.
* Support overall bakery output during peak production times.
