Reporting to the Financial Controller, theQualified Financial Accountantwill play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function and driving continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver monthly management accounts and financial analysis across multiple entities and jurisdictions.Manage year-end audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Oversee tax filings (VAT, RCT, CIS, Corporation Tax) and statutory submissions.Maintain robust internal controls and optimise treasury functions.Lead finance input into ERP system implementation and process improvements.About YouACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience.Strong financial reporting and compliance expertise in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.What's on OfferOur client provides a competitive salary, flexible benefits (health insurance, pension, gym membership, extra leave), income protection, and life assurance.
